Services

BookedUpHVAC provides automation tools including lead capture, booking systems, CRM workflows, and customer communication for HVAC businesses.

Disclamer

While our tools are designed to improve responsiveness and booking efficiency, we do not guarantee specific revenue, lead volume, or business outcomes.

User Responsibilities -

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information

• Use the service lawfully

• Obtain proper consent from your customers before sending SMS or email communications

Payments

Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. BookedUpHVAC does not store payment card information.

Deployment Timeline

Setup and deployment are completed within 5–7 business days after receipt of payment and required onboarding information.

Fees & Billing

• A one-time setup fee is due prior to deployment.

• Monthly service fees are billed automatically using the payment method on file.

• Monthly billing begins after setup unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation

• Services may be canceled at any time with 30 days’ notice.

• No long-term contracts.

Limitation of Liability

BookedUpHVAC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse or violation of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
